It’s designed to fit into waiting for dinner, whether you're cooking or being served. It’s an appointment you make with yourself, and it’s hosted by us. Whether you’re seated in a quiet room, moving around a busy kitchen, pausing before or after the gym or waiting for a flight, open zoom and join us for the guided meditation.

Posture invitations:
Clear a space on the floor, use a folded blanket or a Zabuton, for the comfort of your knees and ankles, a smaller cushion or Zafu, under your seat to support good posture.
Sit on a firm chair that allows knees to be lower that hips.
Stand or walk in circles.
